Before you order, please make sure to have read my Terms of Service. These terms are NOT applicable for commercial work. Therefore, the client can only use the commissioned art for personal purposes. Things that might increase the price are intricate character designs, complex background, the number of characters, and major output corrections.I have the right to refuse a commission if I am not comfortable or confident about executing it with my abilities.

Commission ProcessClient sends order form to artist socials → Discuss commission details→ Artist accepts commission and gives client a quote → Client approves quote→ Artist sends invoice via email → Client completes payment process→ Artist creates sketches for approval → Client gives additional input/approves a sketch→ Artist finalizes commission for approval → Client gives additional input/approves the final output→ Finished commission output files sent to client’s email.

Turnaround time is at least 5 to 7 days from initial payment depending on commission complexity, number of characters, number of ordered commissions per client, and assigned slot on the waitlist. You may discuss with the artist if you have a specific deadline for your commission.

Characters
Additional characters will retain the base rate price for one character.
Maximum of 3 characters per artwork.Backgrounds
- Solid color background of client’s choice is entirely free.
- Decorative backgrounds/foregrounds are 25% to 50% the price of the base rate for one character depending upon client-artist agreement.
- Complex scenic backgrounds/foregrounds are 80% the price of the base rate for one character.References
- Image references provided must be legible
- Text descriptions along with images are highly preferred and recommended.
- Mood boards and Pinterest boards are also welcome.
- Will not be accepting text-only descriptions and AI generated images.Revisions
The artist encourages clients to communicate their ideas well during the sketch process so they are allowed 2 chances for revisions in case there are details that the artist missed or minor corrections overall. Fees will apply to additional revisions following that.Output Information
- Aspect Ratio ( 1:1, 4:3, or specified by client’s needs )
- Image Quality ( artist will provide client with 2000 px or more for the original and a 1080 px version for platform friendly uploading)
- File Format ( .PNG, Transparent PNG, .JPEG, & .JPG )
- Final output with artist watermark will first be sent through client’s preferred messaging platform and once confirmed it will be sent through email or via google drive link.

InvoiceAfter confirming the agreed upon details and total pricing of your commission, the artist will send you an invoice via email.PaymentMOPs: Paypal (International) / Bank transfer and Maya (PH)The client shall shoulder payment transfer fees.Commission payment shall be paid in full before the artist works on the initial sketches.Returning clients will enjoy 10% off of their commission order.Possible Refunds100% (not including transfer fees) — If the client decides to cancel before the artist starts working on the initial sketches.50% (not including transfer fees) — If the client decides to cancel after receiving initial sketches.No refunds for artworks rendered nearing completion.
